Getting Started

STEP 1: To get started in our CrossFit program, stop by the front desk early to fill out our information form and waiver.

STEP 2: Attend the Kerrville-CrossFit Element class and learn the basics of CrossFit.

Learn and execute the 9 foundational  movements:

  • Air Squat
  • Front Squat
  • Overhead Squat
  • Shoulder Press
  • Push Press
  • Push Jerk
  • Deadlift
  • Sumo Deadlift High Pull
  • Medicine Ball Clean

The 9 foundational movements are the building blocks to becoming a successful CrossFitter.

You will also learn how to execute the Burgener warm-up.

This format is required for your safety and ultimately long-term success.
